Great stay as always, stay here every few weeks now. Beds are great here.

Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Spacious & well equipped rooms

Penthouse was great - roomy with good facilities, although you can hear street noise.

Great stay, comfy modern room with a great bed. Close to town and food places.

Excellent front staff had recommended dining options on the ocean front. Parking was easy right outside our door. The room was spotlessly clean with ample toiletries. I would recommend this motel.

It was cool in Dunedin when we were there, so what we needed was not air conditioning but heating. And the motel had very good heating.

Centrally located and super clean. Well stocked. Only downside was hearing the people upstairs walk around throughout the night which didn’t help the sleep at all. Would stay here again.

Very clean, spacious room. Liked the interior, too.

Nice hotel, clean, walking distance to city centre.
