Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean

The hotel is clean and safe. The only thing is the cardio room. The equipment needs to be sanitized, at least once a day. People using the equipment do not have anything to wipe them down after use. This is true especially for the treadmills that get sweated on and not cleaned properly.

Had a lovely time here. Great location near the river and amenities. Friendly staff, comfortable room. Highlight was the chicken rice at breakfast. Delicious.

Location great. River just over the road. Main town a few minutes walk. The decor of the hotel almost put me off booking as it’s really not my style but I’m glad I went ahead and stayed. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Large windows so plenty of natural light, able to be opened a little too. Staff were helpful and friendly. 7/11 right across the road plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay again.

Overall, the facilities are excellent and conveniently located in the downtown area, Kuching. We had a nice stay at the hotel and staff were friendly. Directory of the operation, Kenny Tham was extremely helpful with arranging a day tour for us.

location was really strategic and staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was conveniently available and easy to use.

It is extremely clean, well lighted and comfortable hotel.We really enjoyed or stay very much.

It has a retro look - newly refurbished keeping up with the modern times

Dirt on room door handle and washroom handle. Water bottle was opened, not the new bottle.
