I was very happy with the hotel besides the air conditioning was temporarily not working. The staff informed us it would fixed the following week. We were able to open the windows. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was away from the downtown area, which was fine given that the Christmas market was going on. The room slept three people which bedroom that able to be isolated from the rest of the room for privacy. The Bathroom had a wonder bathtub to soak in.

Fantastic stay in a comfortable and cosy room. The trip was made all the better by some exceptionally friendly check in and reception / bar staff, who did all they could to help us. In particular, the late night reception lady was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Great rooms and staff. The parking is a block away and very poorly lit underground parking.
