いやし処ほてる寛楽 富士山御殿場 (Hotel KAN-RAKU Fujisan Gotemba)

Excellent location. One block from the gotenba free shuttle bus. Bowling, billiard, dart activity facility across the street and several blocks from the gotenba train station. Also food supermarkets in walking distance.

Stayed there for a night to shop at Gotemba. The view of MT FUJI was super awesome if the sky are clear. Nothing much to ask for since it was just a night stay. What I thought should have improve is the availability of water dispenser. Water and tea will be close at a specific time which I feel can be improve. The amenities in the onsen room should also provide a facial cleanser/toner if possible,

We just needed a room to stay overnight to go shopping at the premium outlet and found a place with reasonable price. The room is a good size, and is clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that they have a public hot bath too.

The only challenge with our stay was the rainy weather- which of course is it of this hotels control. Everything was wonderful!! Excellent and helpful staff

Beverage not available. Vending machine not being restock. Was told water in the room is drinkable but it was cloudy. Room and toilet has bad smell

Lots of moisture inside the rooms and no good ventilation

This place has a bathhouse. Nothing more needs to be said.

Udon curry was very good after a rainy day

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will always greet you when you arrive and depart. The rooms are spacious enough, and the hotel's location makes it easy to walk around for shopping, dining, and utilizing the train station, which is a 15-minute walk away.

Was a nice hotel just a little smaller than some others in Japan. Quite a walk from the train station and limited options for nearby food. Great base of operation but expect a lot of taxi's or walking.
