とても良い Rooms are somewhat small even when we got an upgrade ,somewhat outdated bathroom with only a bath tup to shower, not suitable for elderly people, otherwise nice location within easy 15-20 minutes walking distance to major attractions, room prices somewhat high ,staff helpful and friendly , hotel has no tour desk ,no tour flyers or city maps on display , Overall we will come again

Hotel Birger Karl is welcoming with very helpful and thoughtful staff; my room was relatively (double) spacious and well designed with contemporary decor and tub in which one can soak as well as a good shower and it was very clean. On the main floor there was a comfortable lounge and waiting area and...the breakfast was incredible with fresh fruits, yogourt, different breads, a selection of hot items, cereals, espresso and much more. I had one dinner there and while the menu offerings are small, the ingredients were high quality and everything was expertly prepared (&generous portions).

The check in was great and I was lucky to get an upgrade. The room was big and clean.
I love that on each floor you can refill still or sparkling water.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. That’s across room service, breakfast and reception

The hotel is in a quieter location and has larger rooms than the downtown options, but close to the underground station and only 2 stops to central Stockholm on the efficient public transport system. Very good breakfast and a well equipped gym. Staff were super helpful.

Hotel is in an excellent location to explore Stockholm. Our room was spacious enough as well as bathroom. Breakfast was very good lots of variety. We ate in the restaurant which also had a varied menu.
Ailar one of the staff at the bar area was very attentive and always helpful.
We used the gym in the hotel which was well equipped for a workout.
I would recommend this hotel.

Very loud neighbors. Well probably just thin walls and ceiling.
Room walls were grimy with a three foot crack that seems related to a water leak.
Worst of all was the bathroom which is a shower next to the toilet. So if you plan to use the toilet post shower the floor is wet where you stand. What the actual..
Bed was kinda comfy though.

This is a great hotel. Not on the main tourist high streets but 5 mins walk to metro and 20 mins from the harbour. Staff super nice and helpful. Didn’t use the gym but it looked good. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Buffet style. The room maintenance was great. Would use again if we return.
