The hotel was very nice. Pool times was not kid friendly. Limited time so kids could not use. Location was close to many good restaurants. The rooms were clean.

We were unable to check in until 45 minutes past the designated check-in time, which was disappointing after international travel but we dealt with it. The staff provided two rounds of drink vouchers to compensate for the inconvenience though neither of the two bars would accept them, even for a simple beer or champagne, which was a joke. The 7th floor restaurant and pool were booked for private events every night so they were inaccessible. We also saw a mouse running around on the floor of the first floor bar so we notified the staff who deemed indifferent. Stay away from this dumpster if you want an enjoyable stay, it was a disgusting experience.

This was the very best concierge reception I have ever had! Absolutely adore Fod at the front desk. He truly made my stay special! Room was comfortable with great amenities and the rooftop heated pool lovely. Highly recommend!!!

最高 Beautiful spacious rooms that were well furnished with great smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker too. The steam shower was the highlight though.
