hotel is in a great location if your going to Disney.

Clean room/kitchen Staff are always happy to help We would never stay at another hotel. I believe this was our 9th stay.

Great base for Disney at a very reasonable price. 15mins walk. Lisa at reception was particularly lovely to deal with and responded to my emails very swiftly. Air con in our room was very effective and a lifesaver during the recent heatwave.

The location is ideal as it’s 20 minute walk to Disney. The shuttle bus is a nightmare it gets so busy at times it felt suffocating and unsafe . Heck in was slow as there was long queue and only ever one person on reception. Our room was ok, it wasn’t the cleanest - food was stuck between the gaps on dining chair, stains on soda bed. Toilet kept blocking, the room was badly battered and had weird brown stains on the roof. Sofa bed was hard and we had no pillows for the sofa bed and staff refused to give us any. After complaining repeatedly we was given a duvet to fold up and use as a pillow. My teenagers were not happy with this. The air con didn’t work and we was in the heatwave it was 40 degrees so we couldn’t sleep and all felt rather ill from the heat. The man on reception was REALLY rude and dismissive and said nothing he can do . He was so rude I was too upset to then go to him again as he really upset me . I don’t understand why Disney influencers rave about this hotel unless they get given nicer rooms because the hotel know they will put it on social media

We had a wonderful stay with our kids! The place was spotless, peaceful, and very welcoming. The reception staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional, making our whole family feel at home from the moment we arrived. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience for both us and our children. We highly recommend this place to families looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Great service!

We stayed here as a family of four (3 adults, 1 child) for three nights for Disney. I would recommend staying here; if you fancy a walk its only 15 minutes to the entrance of Disney Village and there is a regular shuttle they run to and from the park. Its very safe, in a lovely area and a short walk to the shopping centre. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a self catering trip, we were able to cook and they provided basic cleaning products. The beds were comfy, with clean sheets and enough towels. We stayed during the heatwave and although busy, the pool was heated and a refreshing benefit. We would stay again!

Our room was not ready at check in time and we had to wait about 15 minutes but otherwise it was a clean and comfortable stay.

Great location for Disney Would love to see the recent revamp carry over into the rooms as some of them are quite tired I was disappointed to be placed in a room with twin beds as a solo traveller as what should have been a double bed effectively turned into a single They also need to rebook into their shuttle as the frequency needs to improve
