良い The staff was absolutely wonderful with the exception of the General Manager who was a bit crazy. I have never written that in a review, but I don’t know how else to describe her. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Not near the downtown at all, so that was a challenge, and the breakfast was all cold, but besides that, the hotel had AC (a plus) and was clean. More of a 3 star than a 4 star by US ratings.

This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the beautiful town of Giubiasco by a green centra piazza and was excellent for exploring nearby Bellinzona and easy to get into Lugano. Friendly staff, a spacious and clean room with nice decor. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal and glass of wine at the restaurant too. Very happy with my short stay .

Everything is good except the breakfast. The breakfast itself is ok but there were fliers on the meats and cheese. After seeing them, I didn’t feel like eating anymore.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner were amazing! Room was outdated, warm and bed was very uncomfortable.

Beautiful upscale property with old world charm. Relaxing, great restaurant on site. Quiet location. And our room had wonderful views and small kitchen. What more do you need?
