C est magnifique

Pretty clean quiet and comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water and service was good.

Very clean room, super comfortable bed with clean sheets. Staff are very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t join for the famous breakfast buffet, but enjoyed the rooftop bar. Ambiance was good, music was tasteful and not too loud either. Very convenient location. I’d recommend this hotel.

To be honest, the photos of the hotel don't reflect what it actually looks like in reality; the room is old, and the bathroom is very dirty. The area where it is located isn't very tourist-friendly—there are no restaurants or bars nearby within walking distance.

Initially, we planned on staying for one night to rest up before our flight, but 3 flight changes later, ended up extending for a total of 6 days. This is the best hotel to get "stuck" in with pets. The staff was very accommodating, our room was clean, with soft, comfortable beds, and so quiet. I haven't heard a sound from any neighboring rooms and while street noises don't bother me, I barely heard anything. We had dinner a couple of times in the restaurant and the food was very delicious. It's in a great location and close to BTS. I've never had a bad experience in any ibis hotels, especially while traveling with our cats, but this one is now at the top of my list whenever I am back in Bangkok.

Overall good experience with this hotel. They allowed early check in when we reached and had extended our check out by an hour as we had a late flight, so very accomodative if there is a need. Metro station is 10 min walk. Did not find any nearby good Indian restuarant. Vegetarian options should be added in Breakfast menu which I found lacking.

I stayed here for about a week and had a generally comfortable stay. Points to note: 1. The partition between the shower booth and the sink area is too short and cannot be fully closed. When using the shower normally, water easily splashes onto the sink area floor. I had to adjust the shower angle toward the partition to minimize this, but the floor still got slightly wet. 2. For safety reasons, there is no power outlet in the bathroom. A basic hair dryer is provided, but it is low quality. There is a shaver-only outlet attached to the dryer. If you want to use your own hair dryer in front of the bathroom mirror, I recommend bringing an extension cord and plugging it into the outlet just outside the bathroom. There are outlets at the desk, but no mirror there, so bringing a tabletop mirror is also recommended. There is a large mirror outside the bathroom, but due to the lighting position, it was hard to see clearly and not very practical for me. 3. There are no bathrobes or slippers, so bring your own if you need them. 4. Toothbrushes are not equipped, but you can request them at the reception. It would be better if there were an online request system. 5. The windows are not soundproof, so traffic and train noise from outside can be quite loud. 6. The Thai noodle soup (ก๋วยเตี๋ยว) at the breakfast buffet lacks proper broth flavor and was very bland. 7. The coffee from the breakfast area’s coffee machine is very bitter and lacks aroma. 8. ATMs in the lobby are convenient.

We had great stay in ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It will be nice if they add few Veg options in Breakfast menu.
