Staff made us feel very special . Fabulous room .

Great location with beautiful views overlooking the city.

Phenomenal staff and great property. Will come back. That is the highest review i could do.

The attention and service by the staff was unmatched. Room was spacious and comfy. We had club level reservations and visited the club often for snacks, meals and drinks. Location is convenient to the Osaka station and shopping/restaurants. Treat yourself to a nice stay!

This hotel boasts classic marble and an elegant lobby if you like that! It’s very clean through out and all the amenities were generous! The complementary coffee/tea bar with water and treat were bonuses! The bathroom had lots of toiletries, fresh robes and slippers which are common in most 4-5 star hotels in Japan! We had a nice view. The bathroom toilet had stains on their floor so hope they can update that. See pic! Good location but still a 20 min walk to the train station so catch a cab if you have bags!

The hotel was nice and clean . The room was confortable. The staff were helpful and nice. The location is excellent close to the train station.

Perfect location and beautiful hotel. We loved our huge room with an amazing city view - spacious and gorgeous large bathroom. Great towels, tower and bed, linens and pillows. Wish we could stay longer. The only thing missing was a live news channel in English like BNN or CNN. Great value and would stay again with no hesitation!

If you’re gonna stay in Osaka, this would be the place to stay. Very professional the staff is over the top, friendly professional. They go out of their way to help you. The rooms are quiet. You don’t hear a lot of commotion in the halls. They’re always on top of the housekeeping and making sure you’re taken care of !!! the wait. staff is excellent too, Noda the wait staff in western dining was exceptional in her people skills!! All the staff there was professional and friendly !!!! The front desk was exceptional too. I needed to see a doctor and they helped me find one. I mean everything was like first class. I was sad to leave. We had to come back to Tokyo since we fly out of Tokyo and the hotel If i ever come back to Osaka i will be staying here!!! Best of the best!!!!
