最高 Great midtown NYC hotel. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good espresso machine, friendly staff, and close to great restaurants and subway. I’ll stay here again!

最高 The rooms are very large, the bathroom is excellent and contains a wonderful shower with a glass door.

Booked a room with a balcony but the door was impossible to open. Had an issue with the toilet running constantly that maintenance came to fix though it of course, resolved itself once he got there to take a look. Construction across the street in the office space adjacent to my room was unexpected and unpleasant to have loud construction noises late at night and early morning right next to my room.

This is def not a 4-star hotel; it’s a 3 star hotel. Very good location if you want to be on the East Side a close to subway. It was ok when it came to cleanliness. Both sheets and towels felt soiled and had a strong bad perfume smell, same as the room, trying to mask the overall musty smell. No premium channels except HBO. Most girls in the front were super friendly and helpful, for the exception of Giuliana who was always rude and had an bad attitude.
