Great access to local restaurants, transport and shopping. Staff were ok, but struggled with English. Most of my issues were minor and with the room itself(Suite Room), but just made for a collection of things that if I knew ahead of time, I probably would have chosen a different hotel. Here is my list: Dark and gloomy, bad and minimal lighting throughout the bathroom and lounge. Front door, bathroom door open out, blocks the walkway. Desk is too narrow for working on a laptop. A single key, so no power while out. Card slot for power was dodgy, power would drop out in the room at random. Aircon controls are broken, the temperature was always incorrect, required lots of fiddling. Lighting controls were also flaky. The bedroom lounge was much smaller than I expected. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap mislabelled.

Location is good and the staffs are kind. The room is clean. But the property is little bit old. Renovation may need.

I was embarrassed to hear people talking in the hallway from my room, and i could also hear the next-door room. I stayed 10th and 13th floor for 7 days, one of the bathroom seems to need repairs. The staff was kind and breakfast was good. I plan to stay for only 3 days during my next trip. Thank you.

Very clean hotel. I was very shocked once when I stepped in a different hotel in South Korea which I made a reservation after seeing some photos. It was totally different and dirty not like photos. So I had spent time to search to find a nice hotels with lots of good reviews since I really hated to sleep on a dirty, uncared bed and I found this hotel. This hotel was the one that I expected that had clean bed sheets and nice room condition. There are so many restaurants and convenience stores near so I didn’t have to worry. Very closed subway and bus stations. I used to stay in hotels in Seoul when I visit South Korea with my family. But now I consider to bring my family this hotel staying without any worries.

Close to subway. Many places to eat near by. Clean and safe. Mix of old and new neighborhood. Many shopping and dining options within walking distance. Many curtural sites near by.

Near subway, lots of restaurants near by, and close to 2 malls.

This is appropriate BZ hotel with appropriate cost range for 1-2 days in Suwon. Convenient location too.

This is reasonable hotel that I stayed for BZ trip in Suwon. Location and cost are suitable but if someone need early check in even before 1pm, they are try to charge you some extra fee.

I usually stayed this hotel for BZ trip at Suwon area. This is great value hotel even compare it as apple to apple.

As I usually recommended, this is great place to stay for BZ trip if someone have plan to visit Suwon area. Price, location and kindness are right only except room size. But overall this is good enough BZ hotel in Suwon area.
