Very convenient location and all staff were nice. I showed up 5 minutes before check in (1:55 pm) and was not able to go into the room until 2 pm on the dot lol. However when i got to the room, it had smelt so bad. it almost smelt like cat pee or something. i wasn’t sure if it was from the air conditioner or not but it would linger in the halls too so I don’t think it was just the room i was staying in. It was small room but that was expected and I don’t have nothing much to say about this hotel.

Great stay. Staff were nice and easy check in and check out. Very convenient location.

Room was a decent size and had a little massage mat. The show was a little awkward with how high it was but the bathroom was a good size. They have some amenities in the lobby and laundry on a few floors. Super close to the train station so very ideal location.

Great location - less than a minute walk from Hakata train station and metro. In a side street, so away from all the pedestrian traffic and noise. Super quiet. Room was clean and even includes a massage chair. Bathroom was large and good supply of warm water. Self-check in and out - kinda awkward not interacting with staff. Lobby has amenities to take.

Nice hotel conveniently located next to the station. Check-in was easy. Room size was alright; sufficient space to put our suitcases and hand luggage. Good bathroom size with sufficient amenities. Excellent coffee machine in the lobby.

I booked this hotel twice in a single trip to Fukuoka and surrounding area. The hotel location is great as it is right outside of the Hakata station and just a few steps from the Airport bus to the Internatinal terminal so it is very convenient. The room size is ok, I have four large suitcases, I cannot open them all at the same time. The bathroom is small but include a bath tub which is good for a soaking bath. However, I do not like the check in process which is almost self serve but it is not as easy to navigate the screen and manage the multiple slots for room key, credit card and passport scan. There are staff there and they expect you to know how to check in. I just think the check in process can be a little easier.
