Perfect. Good location, close to airport. Big rooms, great view from restaurant and lobby. Very helpful and kind staff.

The hotel staff and service is truly exceptional and the rooms and amenities were excellent as well. A wonderful place to stay!

Bell Staff had excellent English so rental car and greetings at entrance were welcoming. Rooms were kept overly clean each day. Quiet hotel room even during a wind storm helped sleep! Amazing sunsets from the lobby and views of the city are worth the minor confusion of a lobby above guest rooms. Bedding was outstanding quality, super comfortable - had great sleep. Small reminder on guest floor elevator buttons that lobby is UP would be useful. Promote best English speaking bell staff to front desk!

Staff are polite and helpful. The lobby,lounge and restaurant are beautiful. Room is comfortable with spacious bathroom. My only complaint is the pillows are not comfortable with enough support, otherwise everything is just great!

The hotel is in a perfect, highly convenient location with incredibly easy access from the monorail station, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive to our needs.

飯店地點十分方便，位於那霸巴士總站旁，很方便乘共交車去不同有名的景點。也有單軌火車能從机場直達酒店樓下的旭橋站。步行到國際通也只需约10分鐘。飯店職員能英語溝通，主動有礼，友善有笑容，房間也十分乾淨整齊新淨。房間服務也很勤快。酒店的自助早餐也很豐富，美味。酒店還很貼心提供了浴鹽，面膜等個人用品等給客戶自由提取。總括而言，我們住得很滿意和開心。這間酒店十分推介。
