Television had a black line which ran from the top of the screen to the bottom making viewing not enjoyable. Restaurant was closed and no information given about this prior to check-in and no information on where to buy a meal

The worst experience i have ever had in a motel. I would not recommend to anyone

Here’s a polished review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic stay! The hotel was in a perfect beach side location, with beautiful views overlooking the pool and easy access to the beach and waterfront marina. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well presented, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The standout feature was definitely the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We’ll definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!

Great location. The unit was so spacious and well equipped. The site has two pools and two spas, one of the spas is in poor repair, not operational and neither have a heating option. If you need to get back in the room after 10am it is difficult with room codes changing automatically. The Wotif property does not suit people with disabilities and the description should be changed online there are no accessibility options ie. no grab bars in bathroom and a very high bath tub to manoeuvre over.

Checking in was an absolute shamozal, totally digital and talking to AI Ally. Took 6 phone calls to talk to a person and 2 attempts to receive the codes to enter the room. There was an overwhelming stench coming from the bathroom like raw sewerage, however the only saving grace was the water pressure from the shower. Beds were satisfactory. Won't ever stay there again, but the place has potential if they had actual staff and better maintenance in the plumbing department.

Clean, but check in could be better rather than calling to chase up codes etc

Dated property needs a make over.noisy at night time.

The light from outside verandah was on all night and without a curtain in room 9 it was difficult to fall asleep. Noise from other patrons at 2.15am made it even more difficult to fall asleep.
