Excellent location, close to xinguangsanyue shopping centre and metro. Washer and dryer inside room, this is special. The most satisfied place to stay.

Friendly and Helpful staffs. Very convenient location!

Room was very clean but the shower stall needed a little update. The staff were very helpful and friendly, helped us call a taxi to the airport, found a box for us and lent us marker pen and tape for our boxes. The in room washer/dryer combo was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but wish there's an manual. We asked the staff to show us how to operate it. We found out the easist way was using quick wash 30 function ( 快速洗30), it took 1hr and 58 min. to finish then let the clothes sit in the washer for at least 30 min. We asked for a drying rack to hang the cloth overnight to dry. AC worked good and room was really quiet, lots of eating and shopping places and close to the MRT station. We found out they had heater in the AC system so we will be back in the winter time.

Having a washing machine in the room and being provided with a single load of detergent each day was great. Especially since I like to do laundry frequently in the summer.

Stayed here for about a week and really enjoyed it. Very convenient to the train station. Lots of restaurants nearby so you won't go hungry. Rooms were spacious and pictures depicted as is. I really like the washer/dryer combo but it takes a long time for clothes to dry. Kitchenette has basic utensils but only has two sets of everything. You need to request extra sets if you have a family. One thing I wish they have is a gym. Will stay here again for the amenities and convenience.

Great Overall Satisfaction

My third time staying here but the tiles in the shower had a lot of stains this time. AC and heater worked on and off and that was frustrating.

Close proximity to public transportation and places to visit. Great housekeeping services and accommodations.

Great staff, very helpful

The hotel was convenient to luxury and regular shopping. It is also surrounded by lots of dining options and is close to the MRT. The room faintly smelled of cigarette smoke that only dissipated after two days into the stay. The shower needs a thorough recaulking as lots of the edges show visible mildew/mold, making it seem dirtier. The staff was very helpful arranging an early morning taxi (at a fixed rate) for us to go to the airport when we left.
