Staff is so nice here! They have a spacious drop off pick up area, you cam always easily get into your uber. Their breakfast is actually good and I like that they have spacious room.

Unfortunalaty the elevators were out and we carried out luggage upstairs (3rd floor). I am 66 with a knee brace. They offered to have luggage brought up but we could not wait due to commitments. The room was at 80 degrees when we arrived and had to rush to prepare to our appointment in 15-20 minutes so it seemed even hotter.
We tried to get a drink but took a while as bar tender was fixing a keg and getting ice. When we tried to leave he was no where to be found so the desk attendant took care of us so we could close out. Too many issues for premium hotel ($$$)
Otherwise, a great location, facility, room and staff.
