Clean room, staff great. Only negative is parking was too far from the room.

My room, 206, was lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows that opened to the balcony added so much light and openness to the room. The view over the lake was restful. I enjoyed a sound sleep in that comfortable bed. Thank you.

Always clean, peaceful stay

Great hotel, well situated amd peaceful. Always an issue is parking but found plenty on the street which was closer than the walk to the carpark

Clean modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff, free parking. They have an in house menu which seems very good value. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant experience at the Lakeside hotel. The room was spacious and valet with all the amenities at easy reach. There was a rattly mixer at the basin, which the staff were more than happy to attend to, but I told them that they can do so after my stay. Similarly, there were spots on the pillows but the pillows were not smelly or unpleasant to sleep on. Clean crisp sheets and a front room area for wet items. During the stormy season. Beautiful view out of the bedroom with occasional visits from the Kookaburras. The reception staff and housekeeping were warm, receptive and polite. Coffee in the lobby is a wonderful touch. It is a lovely stay within the lush greenery. Will stay at again.

have stayed numerous times, happy with facility. A shame that on site cafe restaurant isn't open for breakfast on weekends. Saturday dinner and room service though was very good.

Easy parking in a busy neighborhood. Clean and efficient. aur/con was a bit touchy and heat would not work. Excellent restaurant on-site.
