친절하고 깨끗 했습니다

Staff are absolutely fantastic. Special mention to Katie for all her help. Breakfast is excellent, but if you’re looking for snack or lunch you’ll be disappointed

地下のナイトクラブの音楽が2時過ぎまで部屋に響き、全く寝られなかった。 翌日からサビナ3に変えてもらい、そちらは静かで快適でした。

Overall, the condition was ok and what I liked the most was that the staff member were super friendly and helpful.

This place is quiet and the surroundings are good and not dangerous. Also, all the staff of the hotel are friendly and especially the massage in the massage room on the 4th floor is very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff members were very friendly and kind so I have been having very good stay during my business trip. I would like to book this hotel again if I come again for my next business trip. Thank to all staff members in this hotel.

I accidently entered the wrong date when I booked this hotel. I used my departure date in the US instead of the arrival date in Saigon. I noticed my mistake within minutes of booking. I called Orbitz right away and no one at Orbitz would help me correct the dates. I was told that the hotel had to approve the change. Of course the hotel said the manager was not in. I was told Orbitz would keep contacting the hotel and that I would receive an email within a few hours telling me if the hotel will change the dates of my stay. No email ever arrived. I had to rebook using a different booking site. I will no longer use Orbitz or its companion sites.
