We liked the location of the Hotel, close proximity to everything we wanted to do or visit. Stuff was very helpful and accommodating . Room and bathroom were very clean . We would recommend this Hotel to our friends and family members. Thank you

Location is a 12 min walk from the Ueno Station. Laundry on site. Really nice amenities including microwave, percolator, mini kitchen, and fridge. In-room air conditioning and air purifier. Enjoyed our peaceful stay.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was still garbage left in the sink from the previous guest, and there were stains on the blanket sheets. I was also getting bites on my feet, possibly from the bed or the floor, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the mattress springs were worn out and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the washroom was clean. Overall, the customer service was good, but the room condition and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Great location, easy check in and check out. Close access to ueno station! MyStays never disappoints and good price point.

Spacious

The staffs are great but the hotel is old and the room I got definitely needs tlc. The location is good, 5 mins walk from Inaricho Ginza stop if you have no heavy luggages and a 12-16 mins walk from Ueno station. If you only need a place to sleep and shower this is good enough.

I would love to come back here again in the future, as long as there’s a balcony room available again

Clean. A bit above average in space for a Tokyo hotel but it's clearly dated. But it's a good price and not too far from Ueno.

The room is small as you’d expect in central Tokyo. It’s walkable to a nice park and busy eating area around the station. The room is awkwardly laid out with too much furniture. Last night I found a baby cockroach in the room. And we faced the bright blue lit up hotel sign so we were a bit illuminated. We didn’t try breakfast. Overall an average stay and ok for the price.
