Hôtel un peu à l’écart du centre de la ville, mais situé à côté d’un arrêt d’autobus et d’une épicerie de l’autre côté de la rue. Chambre très propre munie d’un petit frigo. Personnel très aimable. Salle d’entraînement et sauna disponibles. L’hôtel offre du café, du thé et des fruits gratuitement, ce qui est très apprécié.

Lovely hotel One of the best I have ever been to Staff are amazing

Great location for exploring Haarlem. Spacious double rooms in the atrium building. Good evening meal menu and lovely restaurant staff. Outstanding breakfast. Excellent secure bicycle storage.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this 5-star hotel in Haarlem. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and I especially loved the lounge area with complimentary coffee and drinks, which created a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. At first, we were a little confused about how to adjust the air conditioning because the room was not cool enough during the warm weather. However, once we contacted the staff, someone attended to us straight away and resolved the issue quickly, which we really appreciated. The reception staff were also helpful in allowing us to check in early. However, I feel the check-in experience could be more welcoming and informative. Compared to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in, there was very little introduction about the hotel amenities such as the spa, gym, breakfast area, or recommended places to visit around Haarlem. We had to ask for information like maps and facility locations ourselves. A warmer and more enthusiastic welcome would make guests feel more comfortable and valued. The gym could also be improved. There were no paper towels available to dry hands after washing, and no disinfectant wipes or sprays available for cleaning equipment, especially since some surfaces appeared dusty. There were also only two exercise mats available, so I had to wait for another guest to finish before I could use one.Despite these points, I still enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The location was decent with just a short bus ride into the heart of Haarlem. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t get off to a good start as we were given a key to someone else’s room. Upon opening the door the room was full of someone else’s belongings. It’s not a nice feeling as it’s a real intrusion into someone’s privacy.

Breakfast was good. Dover sole for dinner was overcooked. Chef needs to learn how to cook fish
