Good experience of this hotel staff were brilliant and very helpful

The staff are so amazing and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and cosy. The rooms were clean and just a unique design. Will absolutely stay here again.

This was such a fun place to stay! The room is styled like an old, ornate train car! It was so comfy and cozy in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful— when we arrived they immediately offered us prosecco. The best part? The milk & cookies button right in the room. Press it and fresh, hot cookies and milk arrive at your room in minutes! There’s a prosecco button too! So fun!

The Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Tne Royal Mile is approx 100m from the Hotel. Communication was excellent through WhatsApp. All in all we were very impressed. We will return.

Tiny rooms, no bedside tables, too dark to get ready, seems like it’s maybe been luxury when it first opened but not now, difficult to amend booking and definitely not worth the expensive room rate. No breakfast facilities other than in your room. One hotel in Edinburgh I’d skip.

Sent about 5 different emails / messages trying to sell us add-ons to our room. A bit tacky and completely at odds with the boutique marketing / aesthetic. Very good stay otherwise.

Not as expected, booked a cabin room very small for 2 people, both could not get ready at the same time and dark. Bathroom was very small and no fan for the shower, looks like it may have been removed for repair.

The property has perfect location. It also is a very fun, unusual boutique hotel. But the rooms were exceedingly small. It really was not comfortable for two people in a room.
