Great location and very clean. Room setup was a little weird. Ultra modern style which sacrifices functionality: washroom does not close properly and the door is made of glass, which is weird for privacy. And the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. We had just come back from the police station from having reported lost passports and he was not understanding. We know we could not check in without the physical copies, but politeness and kindness are expected in times of crisis. But this tends to happen in fancy hotels: rude staff. Do not recommend.

Room was great and the hotel was great location

Room was clean, sink was blocked, last day the water was off. Good luck getting any coffee in the lobby, it was always closed, lack of any service in the lobby area. Wouldn’t recommend.

The rooftop pool is the allure. It's a beautiful view and quite the vibe when you lay out early and secure a lounge chair. Walkable enough, 25 min walk to Sagrada Familia and near a shopping mall. Outside of that, the hotel is very mid. Nice enough, but overpriced. Water bottles are not replaced when the room is tended to, so you're charged for water beyond the initial two bottles in the room on day one. Room service wouldn't deliver silverware to the room. No smart TVs--who comes to Barcelona to watch tv? Not me, but it would've been nice to have the option to stream when winding down at night.

Overall a very clean place. The front desk staff could be more welcoming and tell you more about the amenities. I feel they shouldn't close the pool for private events, when spending so much for staying multiple days. Also ice machines do not work on each floor, had to go to the 9th floor bar for ice & overpriced water bottles. But overall clean and the bartenders were actually friendly.

Rooms were nice size and clean! The view from the rooftop was amazing! Close to public transport, easy to navigate. I would recommend. My only complaint was that the water supply was off one morning of me waking up and I could not utilize the bathroom. Thank God I had a late flight. A notice of water disruption would have been appreciated, but then again I don’t know if the property was aware or not.

The hotel was nice enjoyed the nights with waitress made us feel like we were at home

This is a nice and very clean hotel. Rooms are extremely clean. The reason for the 4 is because they had a tendency to get hot at night. The air didn't work at night for some reason. Also, the Steak in the restaurant was not made well. But the overall stay was very good.
