Super suite qui est en fait un appartement avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, salon, cuisine, salle de lavage et balcon avec table et chaises. Piscine, jacuzzi qui ferment à 23h et Gym ouvert 24h. Vue de la piscine est superbe avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. BBQ disponibles à la piscine. Parfait emplacement sur le bord de l’eau à quelques minutes à pieds de la marina, des plages et des restaurants. Le Boardwalk est juste à coté. Location de vélo, e bike, scoot, jet ski, bateau, juste à coté. C’était génial!

Highly recommend

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to the customer service. The front desk staff came across as defensive, dismissive, and at times passive-aggressive rather than helpful. Before our stay, I specifically called to ask about parking because we had two vehicles. I was told there were two parking stalls available, but that parking two cars would cost $100 for our two-night stay. When we arrived, we were told we could only park one vehicle and that the previous information was merely a “hypothetical” cost. This was frustrating and misleading. We also discovered that the stove in our suite wasn’t working. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, staff simply said maintenance would come at some point, with no estimated timeframe or indication of urgency. The gym’s air conditioning was also not working, making it uncomfortable to use. Again, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Lastly, the wrong credit card was charged for our hotel stay. We specifically asked that the card given for the deposit was NOT charged and to use the card on file instead. Disappointing. Problems can happen at any hotel, but what stood out was the hotel’s lack of accountability when faced with problems. I would not choose to stay here again based on the level of customer service we received.

Lovely location with great views.

The Royal Kelowna is a beautiful property with many things to recommend it. The pool is fantastic, the views from the pool deck are spectacular, and our room was immaculate, exceptionally spacious, and luxurious. The nightly rate also represented good value. Unfortunately, our experience with parking overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay. The parking garage has very limited clearance, and our vehicle would not fit with our rooftop cargo carrier attached. When we asked what our options were, we were told we would need to remove the carrier ourselves and store it separately. This meant taking the cargo box off our vehicle, carrying it down a flight of stairs without assistance, storing it in the bike lock-up overnight, and then reinstalling it before checkout the next morning. It was a significant amount of unnecessary work. What made this especially disappointing was that, at checkout, I overheard the manager telling another guest that overflow parking is available at the neighboring Delta Hotel. Had we been informed of that option when we first asked for assistance, we would have parked there immediately and avoided all of the inconvenience. The solution existed—it simply wasn’t offered to us. To make matters worse, our request for a late checkout was denied, even though we had to spend additional time reinstalling the cargo carrier because of the parking situation. I also had to argue to have the parking charges waived despite the inconvenience the hotel had created.

Very clean

Wonderful unit, clean rooms, lady at the front desk was super helpful with everything, views from the room were nice, easy parking, walkable to everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay again!

The pool was great and nice location in Kelowna.

The property is all about location. Fantastic view of the lake and easy walking to entertainment area. But the condo is tied and needs a little TLC. Also it needs a good deep clean getting into the corners. And the balconies on ground level have no privacy. The boardwalk is right in front of it so there is lots of pedestrian traffic.

Excellent location and grounds. Excellent kitchen with countertop seating and spacious dining table. Washer and Dryer with detergent pods included! Good outdoor gently-heated pool with great views. Will stay again!
