Their breakfast was excellent, the staff were very attentive. Some parts of the property need maintenance. Not many shops or restaurants near the property. Need a taxi to get anywhere

Beautiful property with 5 star location and service. The staff is super helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon because of how welcoming and comfortable the stay was. Beautiful pools overlooking the entire Lisbon city center are a 10 star experience in my view.

最高 Absolutely beautiful hotel, loved the decor/rooms and breakfast was amazing.
Location was perfect - a 10 minute walk up a steep hill from city but we appreciated being away from the tourist areas.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, highly recommend.

Nice big room, weird not ideal location. Views were beautiful, pools were very cold. Service def lacking. Took us 2 hours to get our drinks and food at pool, lots of flies in hotel room. Some staff were rude.

This place is so exquisite that you feel like it is a resort. The staff are phenomenal and the whole vibe that they create is just perfect. Treat yourself to one of the best hotels you will ever have the privilege of staying. We almost had a flight get cancelled and usually we would be so upset. We were actually secretly wanting one more night at this magnificent property! Will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Torel Palace Lisbon. We were upgraded to a suite that was beautifully appointed. The Manager went out of his way to make sure that our stay was exceptional. It was in a great location in the city. Wonderful restaurants were just a short walk away. I'd highly recommend Torel Palace Lisbon.
