This is a lovely bijou hotel right on the Bosphorus with lovely little balconies right beside a mosque and the ferry port. Useful access to the old town by water as traffic is a problem in Istanbul. Room was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a huge array off fresh fruits, cereals and cooked food. Staff were welcoming and very anxious to please. Would highly recommend.

I love the penthouse suite so much it’s perfect

Did not replenish coffee and such. Had to request it even on Day 1. Room and view were nice but area is just okay and is a little out of the way. Front desk staff were nice and helpful.

Stay was amazing, however i sent an e mail to hotels.com as i think they've overcharge a LOT for the rooms, and so far have not received response.

Great Staff. Great views. Right next to the ferry terminal which makes getting everywhere in Istanbul incredibly easy and fun.

Staying at The Stay Bosphorus was an absolute dream, a perfect blend of Istanbul’s old-world charm and refined, modern luxury. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the stunning design, the unbeatable location, and the gracious warmth of the staff. Nestled right on the edge of the Bosphorus in the heart of Ortaköy, the hotel offers unparalleled views of the water and the iconic Bosphorus Bridge. Waking up to that view felt like living in a postcard, peaceful, magical, and deeply inspiring. The rooms are a true masterpiece: tastefully designed with high ceilings, soft textures, and a calming aesthetic that blends comfort with elegance. Every detail, from the linens to the lighting, is carefully curated to create a space that is both soothing and sophisticated. The staff were simply outstanding. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. Every request was met with a smile, and their local knowledge made exploring the area a delight. Special thanks to Kivane and furhan! Breakfast each morning was a highlight, beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Whether enjoying it on the terrace with a breeze from the Bosphorus or in the cozy dining room, it felt more like a curated experience than just a meal. The Stay Bosphorus is more than a hotel, it's a sanctuary. A place where time slows down, beauty surrounds you, and every moment feels meaningful. I can’t wait to return!

Nice boutique hotel, well located right on the Bosporus. Rooms are quite small, and those facing towards the bridge can be a little noisy at weekends from the beat of a nightclub. Staff very friendly and breakfast excellent.

Brilliant little place with a great view

I was incredibly disappointed. The place needs a remodel and a new lobby. The staff is kind and trying their best, but it's definitely not more than a 3-star hotel. It's outdated and dirty. I would not return until they remodel and clean the place with bleach.
