Boyd serving in the breakfast cafe was excellent, great service, great with people communicating in English well. Very valuable member of staff

Lovely pool with little pool bar. Staff great. Rooms awesome.

Enjoyed our stay.

I was happy with both the location and staff. I lost the key card during the SongKran festival and they charged my 500 baht for this reason for a small piece of plastic. Not appropriate. Although the staff at breakfast were so diligent and happy. Standard of breakfast is low. Hence I dropped two stars

Clean rooms and bathrooms

Stayed at the Hisea Hotel for 9 nights. The hotel is clean & comfortable with free Wifi throughout for guests. All staff were friendly & helpful.Yes the hotel is next to a school which is very loud at times, it didn't bother me but maybe take some earplugs. I would happily stay here again. The corner room was spacious, large bathroom with seperate shower & bath. Balcony looking over the entrance & the school next door. The bed was pillow soft ( too soft for my husband). The pool is clean with great views over Hau Hin. Only 6 loungers by the pool which are in the shade, perfect spot to relax, read or snooze with a gentle, cooling breeze to take away the heat & humidity. Small bar by the pool, plenty of alcoholic & non alcoholic options. Sun loungers also available up on the roof, great to get a tan but no umbrellas for shade. Breakfast is a selection of eggs cooked to order, bacon on request, fruit, salad, cereal, bread/ toast, pork congee, a couple of other Asian options that smelt great but I did not sample. Plenty of places to enjoy Thai & western food within metres or easy 10 to 15 minute walk to more well known Hau Hin spots, night market, walking street, the pier, the main beach are, Hilton hotel etc. Also within metres 7-11 for snacks, water & essential you forgot, laundry places, massage, smoothy/juice bar across the road, nail salons. Places such as Soi 94, Blueport & market village are about 30-40 minute walk or 150 - 200 Baht tuk tuk ride.

Room is very nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Our only complaint was upon check in the staff member spoke only to me and completely ignored my wife, who is Thai, BTW.

Everything you need all around you, excellent transport links. Fro airport get pick up trucks, 10 baht into centre. Please stop people putting clothes on beds next to pool and not using beds, 3 days 3 beds like this from morning whilst people upstairs on other sunbeds until mid afternoon. Also if room on North side you are 20m from side of scool, tannoys start playing music anytime after 7.30 am, rousing mudic and snthem 7.55 then anouncement ALL DAY AND LOUD and kids being kids, and we like them they waved to us snd we to them, make noise. No mention of this in other reviews. Location fantastic, everything you need all around you and great food across the block at little food court. Transport links excellent.
