Great location on.Darling Harbour. Newly renovated rooms and fantastic breakfast

We have stayed at Hyatt 3 times now each time a different room. The staff are always helpful and polite. Reccomend picking a room with a view it's well worth paying the extra for, we have learnt to try avoid the lower rooms as our last stay was not as pleasant ruined by a young group screaming half way into the night and a view of broken bottles on the roof from a balcony with not much of a view.

Hotel is in a great location on Sussex street. So close to darling harbour. At night the hotel is quiet and that made our stay very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay

Magic view over the Harbour.

Shoutout to the breakfast team, who not only put a delicious spread every morning, with a variety of options (I absolutely loved the stir fried noodles and the mushrooms, as well as the freshly squeezed orange juice; delicious!), but also managed the space and guests with such ease and professionalism. Every morning, they show you to your seat (which is very convenient; no need to scramble for a seat), and they know whether or not you are staying there alone or as part of a group. Again, very convenient! The luggage team (bellboys?) also did an amazing job, storing your luggage and knowing when you will be collecting (you hive them an approximate time of collection). These services just made the stay all the more enjoyable! 10/10, without a doubt!

Great place lovely hotel

Fav place to stay when coming into the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Always a quick check in and out. Always helpful staff. Buffet Breakfast is always sufficient and great. Stayed in balcony room and found to be clean and neat.
