We only stayed for one night but did reserve an executive suite room. Upon checking in, we were given a room on the first floor, same floor as the entrance and next to the office. Pretty noisy with people going in and out. Asked why, and was told the hotel was full. Pretty much got a room with zero view. The AC worked very well though. When we had breakfast the next morning before checking out, the restaurant was practically empty. The breakfast offered was decent.

Booked this as a last minute stay and it was absolutely amazing! The staff is very attentive and the space is clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time.

The staffs are very helpful. The room is clean. Good value for money

Walls were thin. Beds were uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is 100% what the hotel says it offers. Lots 0f activities within walking distance, one minute from Sunday street market.

JomKitti was in the heart of Chiang Mai and walkable to temples and night bazaar! Loved being across from the local school! Kind & helpful staff!

Excellent location in the heart of old town. Quick access to affordable, authentic cuisine. Property is well maintained and staff are friendly. Breakfast is a nice bonus too. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Chiang Mai to consider Jomkitti boutique.

Nice quaint hotel. The rooms were smaller than in the pictures. Staff were very helpful in troubleshooting a couple issues we had with our hard bed and air conditioning. Pool was very small- didn't have time to check it out. I also was imagining our patio to be facing something nice- we were facing a green wall- was disappointed. Breakfast was good- not sure why when u order off the menu- the eggs were cold like they were taken out of the fridge. Wasn't sure if this is customary to serve them like that. Other than that- was good- nice variety.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is excellent. Is a very basic hotel with no complaints
