Exceptional hotel, great to stay, great meal and great front desk service. Staff are very friendly and eager to assist. Will return to stay for sure!

Did operate some classes but need to line up at 3:00pm to register. Each slot only has few spots. That isn’t convenient about it. As customer did email to register ahead of time and isn’t allow customer to pre book.
But the reception is super helpful when I had some issue.

Ryokan’s kaiseki dinner was finely executed and delicious. Ryokan has a “lion “ dance show in evening for guests, a bonus.
Room size was smaller than we expected but adequate. Location was okay as apart from some stores around the square, there was nothing else around the area.

What a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Incredible food. Beautiful rooms. One of our first steps- we felt very pampered and will return for sure!

The room is traditional with comfortable bed and sofa . The view is good and hotspring is excellent . I strongly recommend for anyone enjoy Japan hot spring should be in there !

This Hoshino property is not up to Hoshinoya standard. Very crowded with lots of family and kids. Room is average considering the premium price. Food is average also. Overall poor value for money.
