I had a great experience at this location. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were helpful with any questions and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. The location is also very convenient and easy to access, which made the overall experience even better. It’s situated right next to the train station, making it an excellent choice for travelers arriving by train just a quick 5-minute walk from the station. Everything was organized, tidy, and clearly cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service in a clean and pleasant environment.

Great location in Florence. Right across the street from the train station for day trips and walkable to all attractions in and around the city. Very friendly and helpful staff

Everyday we get clean towels. Although it's close to the train station, it's not noisy unless someone is yelling on the street. The cleaners missed to clean under the bed, other than that it's very nice place to stay.

Could not be happier with our stay. It was the perfect setup for us with our toddler. Would stay here again on our next trip. The room was spacious and having the kitchenette was a real win for washing toddler cups and bottles. Plus the black out shades were the best we have ever seen.

Every aspect of the hotel was wonderful- we chose this hotel for its location which was great - walked everywhere with ease. But the room was wonderful, clean, stylish and above all comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Whether organising a wine glass or printing a ticket nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you loved our stay.

Hotel's location was perfect, just across the street from train station and walking distance to everywhere. Only downside that at night area looks kind of shady but my wife and 2 sons still felt safe. Overall great value...

The room was so nice! We booked a suite, The stuff was excellent! But! The bed was awful! My back hurt the whole time I was there, I felt like I slept on a lumpy rock, and when the uber dropped us off, he said oh pls because this side of the street isn’t safe! We never had any problems during the day. But every single night we could hear homeless people flighting and screaming outside our window never got a good night rest. Also we didn’t have a kitchen we had a little refrigerator an coffee pot. Probably wouldn’t never stay here again

Located just across the street from the train station, so very convenient if you are traveling by train and don't want to drag luggage through Florence. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and beautifully presented (at least at the start), and well worth the price. We had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was absolutely quiet, zero street or train noise.

Staff is very helpful. Room is clean.

Hotel was very close to the station and it was very convenient. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
