clean, friendly, good

Hotel offers a good simple breakfast and the rooms have a washer! And all in a very convenient location

There were good and bad things about this place. The good: The location is amazing, very near everything, Tons of restaurants around. There is a 7-11 around the corner. a great bakery about 2 blocks down, and a great ramen place that is a Japanese chain, about 3 minutes away. and a short walk to the Ginza area. The Shimbashi train is maybe 5 minutes away. The room was clean, had a great tub. Of course, the toilet had a heated seat with a warm water bidet. Came to love that. The room also had a washer/dryer combo in it. So it was very convenient to wash clothes. The bad: the rooms are tiny by Western standards. Probably average for inner Tokyo and Japanese-sized rooms. There is no room cleaning; they only empty the trash and bring towels. And even sometimes I had to go ask for garbage bags and get towels on my own. The restaurant in the lobby is a rip-off. I would avoid it unless it's your only option. The breakfast is overpriced and not very good for the money. Same with dinner we had there. So many other better options in the neighborhood. For breakfast, we headed to Cafe Veloce across the street a few times. The lobby is also very small. Not really anyplace to sit down there. Also, the coffee machine makes a decent cup of Joe, but they put a sign on it that it's not to be used until 7 am. I had jet lag and was up at 4:30 with the rising sun and wanted some. The washing machine is very convenient, but the cycle takes all night. and none of the staff know how to operate

Clean room with many apartment style amenities like electric kettles, an electric stove, a microwave, fridge, and washer/dryer. Many instructions are easy to understand in different languages. Towels are shared and trash taken out daily, on request. This is done using a sign left on the door, similar to a do-not-disturb sign. Very efficient, and the rooms are a good size for a Japanese hotel.

Room was clean. Very convenient having a room with wash/dryer in it. Great water pressure in the shower and great aircon.

This was a very practical and functional hotel, perfect for quick stays and well located with the train station located close by. Staff were helpful and kind.

Everything was good, but the size of room. There was no space to keep a suitecasw

I left my passport in the counter and left and I know in my mind that I left it there and When I get back there I am so impressed with how they treated my passport.. they wrapped it really nicely and presented it to me with so much respect. Everything, and everywhere you go in Japan is very well relaxed. The hotel is perfect.
