La habitación tenía un olor feo, la intentan limpiar pero no hace mucho esfuerzo, el baño estaba horrible, viejo, descuidado, oxidado, se veía muy mugriento. La señorita del lobby que me atendió el día que llegué fue muy grosera, tardo muchoooo con el cliente q estaba antes de mi y cuando fue mi turno y mi esposo le habló en español porque se notaba claramente que es cubana y habla español nos comenzó a tratar muy grosera y se apuró para salir de nosotros

Would be useful to have the floors mopped at least once in 3 days (we stayed 7 days, and dead cockroach was on the floor in the corner since day one)
Also would be better to have umbrellas near the pool
