Bring $$$$and lots of sun screens

Terrible breakfast. Nice stay.

Staff was very helpful and property was clean. Breakfast was good.

Me and my family were supposed to check in on Friday 6/26 for a 2 night stay. Upon arrival a bit before 8:00 pm. The line for check in at the lobby had probably 6 people and only one front desk agent. That agent took more than 20 mins checking in each guest...he was slow, uneffiicient and didn't seem to care. To make matters worse I chose the hotel because it said it was pet friendly with a $75 pet fee per stay. Unfortunately at the moment of check in, the paperwork requiring my signature stated the hotel was NOT pet friendly and a$200 penalty charge applied for clean up if I had a pet. There was another guest with the same issue. We both tried to get the matter resolved with the front desk agent and he couldn't care less. He kept doing what he was doing. Never offered to call a Supervisor or Manager, some other employee came out, saw the line, saw people were frustrated with the wait and the dog issue and did nothing. He just walked away. When my husband asked the agent why the hotel advertises being pet friendly on its website if Upon checking things are completely different, the agent just shrunk his shoulders and said he was new and had no idea and that he couldn't do anything about it. I had to find a new hotel to go with my family at almost 9:30 p.m. after traveling all afternoon. Horrible experience and I will never ever book at this location again.

Close to interstate and shopping. Room wasn’t clean the first day, had to ask for towels, bed made noise and was broke. Air conditioning unit was loud and noisy.Cleaning staff took cologne that was left on dresser.

Location, location, location. It was very convenience to have a kitchen/bar to order from. After the drive to get there this was a plus. The staff were polite, helpful & the hotel was clean. I would just suggest to check the bill at the bar. I felt like the numbers weren’t adding up. Since, I didn’t do my diligence to check the bill. I chop it up to my lost. However, want to ensure that it don’t happen to someone else. Besides, that all else was such a pleasure.

The staff was unwilling to honor booking amenities. Had me call hotels CS only for them then say its not front desk to approve bookings confirmed amenities

I would highly recommend staying here. We are enjoying our stay here so much that we decided to extend our stay. The staff has been absolutely amazing and helpful. The rooms are so clean, and peaceful.
