Very comfortable. Will stay there again

Quick drive to Tanglewood. Very quiet. Great price!

WQW!!!! where do I start!!!!! SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS, but I thought "everything is nice in the Stockbridge area" WRONG!!!!!! Bad reviews from 10 years ago, so nothing has changed, place is almost falling down. Check-in was through a window, as if you were ordering takeout. An older woman, no English, was rude, (maybe a language problem) almost annoyed that we were checking in. The room was very outdated; dresser handles half hanging off, lamp shades cracked, iron, but no board, no hair drier, just an old bracket on the wall. Looked like people were living in the rooms at the end of the building (section 8)????? A police car patrolled past the rooms while we were there, as if he had been called in the past. The website said breakfast was included. My husband asked what time and was abruptly told "NO BREAKFAST" Not even a coffee machine in the room. They have a pool that is NOT advertised because it is half full of filthy water (heaven knows what is living in there.) How Hotel.com can have them on their website I do not know. DO NOT STAY HERE, no matter what the price!!!!!!

The Pleasant Valley Motel is your typical inexpensive MaPa Motel, but this place needs a major facelift inside and out, from the peeling wallpaper to the rusted out old rattling bathroom ceiling fan, many things need an upgrade...including the amenities, if you can call them that, the soap was thin and the size of a quarter, which desaturated after one shower and the small shampoo bottle was half-full from the start. Also, when I arrived at 4pm to check-in after an arduous ride there was a 'closed' sign on the door and a 'be back at 5:00 clock on included...my heart sank. But, after many pushes of the door buzzer a relative of the owner answered the door and had to contact the owner by phone to verify my reservation...this just added to my ordeal. So, all n all not the greatest stay and there are other options within a few miles that are also inexpensive and much more pleasant.
