Our twin bedded room was functional, clean and did the job. thankfully the air conditioning worked perfectly! The location was great - number 4 bus served us very well. Don’t forget to get your free bus pass from reception and be ready to leave a deposit for a hairdryer.

Clean room yet slightly smaller than ideal. No A/C. Did not have breakfast. Only coffee and croissant that was reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. With a small room it would have been nice to have a larger sitting area in a common area.

There was a significant charge for early check-in (though there room was ready), which negates the "cheaper" rate. Underwhelming lights did not work properly or turn off, making it difficult to sleep.

Clean room, comfortable beds, spacious room for 4 adults, AC worked well for a European hotel during an extreme heat wave. Breakfast had a good variety. Free bus pass provided which was helpful!

This is a good, basic hotel stay. The staff were helpful and the room was small but met our needs. It was very hot in Lucerne when we visited and the AC could not quite keep up, but we were happy to have some AC. Most importantly, take the #4 bus from the train station! We walked from the train station because the distance did not seem far and ended up in some confusing underground train / bike tunnels. Your hotel reservation doubles as a bus pass and we took the bus all over Lucerne quite easily.

We gave this hotel one star solely because of the outstanding staff. The employees were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and they were the only reason my stay was tolerable. However, prospective guests should be aware of the room conditions before booking. For the price I paid, the room was exceptionally small—more like a matchbox than a comfortable hotel room. By North American standards, it was smaller than even the smallest one-bedroom accommodations. The bathroom was also poorly designed. The door would not latch when closed, and neither the toilet nor the shower area had exhausts making it stifling in the cramped area. AC was just about cooling the room, we had to ask for additional fans to cool down the room.

It's very clean and tidy .bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes it convenient for eople using public transport .

Found a used band-aid stuck between the bed sheets. Rooms were set up for 3 people we only received 3 bath towels; no hand towels. They do not have hair dryers in the room; you can check one out at the front desk for a $20 Deposit. Not sure if they only have one as I had to share the dryer with my sister in a different room since they did not have another one for my room. The gal at the front desk working in the afternoon/evening was not friendly at all. She tried to charge me for an item I had purchased much cheaper down the road at the gas station. The gentleman that worked at the same time was very friendly and helpful. They charge for EVERYTHING at this place, coffee pods, luggage storage. They did have a convenient bus stop right in front of the property that was a short ride to the main train station.

La parada de bus se encuentra en la entrada lo que es muy conveniente y el hotel te entrega pase ilimitado para subir y bajar cuantas veces quieras. Staff muy amable, te ayydan en todo. Cuarto pequeño pero limpio que para mi es lo mas impoertante ya que vas a esrar fuera conociendo la ciudad. También te guardan el equipaje sin costo. En el lobby tienen snack y bebidas a la venta. Cerca del terminal deL tren 12 min caminando.
