The location was excellent near the Platinum Mall and the Pratunam Night Market. The BTS station was about a 10 minute walk. The room was clean and quiet although a bit small. It worked because the layout was efficient. Loved the shower! Because the listing said laundry services, I expected to drop off at the front desk and have clean clothes the next day. Front desk told me that next day was fine. (Looking back, this was probably a translation issue.) But when I actually took my dirty clothes to them, I found out they don't have laundry services. The front desk sent me a couple doors down the street which turned out to be a coin op laundry. I didn't have time or want to spend time there. I went back to the front desk. This time I used Google translate, but they did not have an option for me. I wound up doing sink laundry.

Staff was extremely nice and it was pretty close to the train station. Nice breakfast too.

The staff are very helpful in assisting us! The room is clean and comfy. Thank you for making our stay in BKK an enjoyable one!

Excellent service! Metz Pratunam Hotel has always been my go-to place whenever I am travelling to Bangkok because of the strategic location for a tourist to commute and shop. The staff was really helpful and friendly during our check-in and check-out session. In fact, one of the male staff speaks really good English so language isn't even a barrier for us whenever we are there. Would strongly recommend to stay here if you have travelling to Bangkok!

The staff would greet us even it’s midnight of the day, provided welcome drink and goodbye Snack. Would come here again

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was ok in the room except not very sound proof. Location was great as well. Was also pleasantly surprise that there was complimentary dessert served when we check out too. :)
