The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options. Food was great. Hotel was clean. All amenities we needed. Great location to get transportation to and from Chicago.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Rosemont, Illinois, for 11 nights, and my experience had both highlights and areas for improvement.
The hotel's location is a significant advantage, as it is conveniently close to O'Hare Airport. The nearby area offers plenty of dining and entertainment options for guests.
Check-in was a breeze, with welcoming and professional staff. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day.
My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and mini-fridge were in good shape. However, updating some furnishings and adding a microwave in the room could enhance the experience.
The complimentary breakfast was decent, featuring fresh fruit and hot items like eggs and sausage. It would be great to see more healthy choices added. The breakfast area, while well-maintained, got quite crowded at peak times, making seating a challenge.
But the highlight of this hotel is its staff, a group of professional, service-oriented people who take pride in their work.

This Hampton Inn location seemed like it was just built. Everything was new and clean. There were always multiple staff members at the desk. On-site parking was easy. Easy access to great neighborhood spots in the area.
