Nunca hay una segunda oportunidad para una primera buena impresión , comienzo con esta reflexión porque a pesar que el apartamento estaba confortable y limpio , el cheking fue lo peor, mis padres fueron maltratados por el recepcionista , quienes después de viajar más de 12 horas , dos adultos mayores , que no los acompaña la tecnología , no los quisieron alojar por no llevar una dirección de Gmail personal , a pesar de mostrar sus pasaportes como en cualquier hotel del mundo. Los echaron a la calle con sus maletas , teniendo su reserva paga y reconfirmada , lo que siempre hay un alma piadosa y fueron auxiliados por un chico de otro negocio cercano , que hizo el trabajo que debió realizar el recepcionista y al regresar nerviosos por todo lo sucedido al brindarle el Gmail que él le pedía , como estaba con su alias, los tildó de mentiroso , pero finalmente los alojó . Consideramos que si un Gmail personal es una dato obligatorio en esta instalación deben alertar al cliente antes de llegar ya que se pueden dar estos casos con adultos mayores que no dominan la tecnología .

It was a good place to stay in for a quick trip.

It is not a hotel per se , it is more like apartments but nothing like the picures , we were charged 50 euros for a late check in because our flight got delayed , and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come open

La habitación estaba muy limpia y las camas muy cómodas. El personal de recepción era muy amable, sin duda, repetiré.

Spotless

The property is well located, the room is small but convenient. The shower area is much smaller than expected. The climate control was completely ruined and the wiring a hazard. The walls dirty and curtains misplaced. The staff courteously available. My advise is urgent renovation, other than that is a convenient executive choice

The kitchen was not equipped with the necessary utensils , no water glass.Also did not have soap or something to clean the dishes.. fry pan and not utensil. Normally you get them even for 2 or 4 days.
