最高 Patrick was beyond amazing always helping us out! Nelson always with a smile and an answer for our questions! Peter was super helpful whenever we needed him! Overall the staff was great, the breakfast was superb, and the experience was amazing!

The staff at this property are exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Robert at the front desk was very helpful and Patrick in Porter Services is exceptional. He always remembers our faces when we return and is always ready to assist us when needed. We have been traveling to Kenya for the past seven years and always stay at this property when we are in Nairobi.

BWP Meridian is always my first choice whenever I arrive from overseas. The hotel is conveniently located close to the market, which I really appreciate.
The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming. I always enjoy my stay and look forward to coming back.

Condition of beds, mattress & pillow! Very nausating, old, sunken, moldy mattress & pillows. Room has no fresh clean air flow coz windows are sealed shut permanently. Customers have to turn on air fan which only blows moldy musty air around. If you've asthma, back or spinal issues, etc this not place for you.

Reception was very helpful, and even provided a bagged breakfast for my early morning departure. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had a nice desk area that was well-lit. Altogether, it made for a very nice stay.
