The entire staff were super friendly and professional even at our midnight check-in due to a flight delay. The breakfast crew were also extremely helpful and polite every morning which was a great way to start the day. The rooms were also very big and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk to the Riverwalk, Magnificent Mile and restaurants. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Would have liked two chairs in the room for better seating.

The room and staff were very nice for the price. The breakfast was your typical chain hotel toast and powdered eggs, but ok if you're in a hurry. Would stay again.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good, staff at breakfast was outstanding. Small hiccup with a pack and play being delivered instead of actual crib as requested but the staff took care of it. Location was very good. Right in the city so sirens at night but we’d stay there again for sure
