Die Auswahl der Speisen beim Frühstück hätten etwas umfangreicher sein können.

Conveniently located hotel right next door to the main station. Rooms were fine if a bit tired. No kettles in the rooms but hot water available in reception so you could make a drink.

Sauberes grosses Zimmer. In Stadtnäheczu Fuss oder mit Strassenbahn super schnell erreichbar! Freundliches Personal und schnelles Check in und out!

Très bel hôtel, situé à la gare. Petite chambre mais très propre. Personnel sympathique et aidant. Pour les vélos, on ne peut pas les monter dans la chambre mais endroit sécurisé l’autre côté des rails en montant dans les ascenseurs à l’extérieur. Édifice circulaire. Coût 1$ par jour.

Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich verwohnt und roch nach Rauch. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, aber es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Hotel is right by the train station making it convenient for an overnight stay. Rooms are okay. On arrival staff member at reception was incredibly rude, we asked to store our cases as we were too early for check in. Some language barriers but my husband thought he was asking if he wanted to store his back pack. The man on reception lost his temper and started to raise his voice and shout. Completely unnecessary and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Really nice hotel to stay in for a few days and explore Freiburg Steps away from the main rail station

Don't stay here if you have a bike and want to secure it. The hotel doesn't have anywhere to store it and wouldn't let me keep the bike in the room. I was told to go to the secure bike park next to the train station. The rooms are a bit tired also. For the same price, I'd go to the Novotel next time.

Good location Worked very well for us

Uns hat es im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen angenehmen und gepflegten Eindruck. Beim Vorabbuchen hatten wir etwas Bedenken wegen des nahen Bahnhofs. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass das aber unbegründet war. Die Fenster sind stark lärmmindernd, wir hatten ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage und konnten sogar mit geklappten Fenster gut schlafen. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch, da die Innenstadtlage ideal zur Erkundung von Freiburg und Umgebung geeignet ist.
