Rooms are smaller than they look on the internet. Had to check out as the room was small.. paid fully while checking in. While checking out they told me to pay for one night and the the full amount paid earlier will be refunded. Still waiting for the refund!! Working with the staff on the refund

Great hotel with even better staff who are always ready to help and serve. Was a good surprise to see the service levels .

Bathroom was not well maintained.

I was on a business trip, very comfortable stay, my room was spotless, with fresh linens and housekeeping was very attentive. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. The breakfast at the Tea Lounge is excellent, with a generous and varied buffet featuring South Indian, North Indian, and continental options. The location was very convenient, situated in Goregaon West close to several corporate and IT hubs, making commuting easy and efficient.

Breakfast buffet was ok. Dinner buffet was poor. Bathroom - shower area drain was clogged so water accumulated while showering. Shower itself was poor - if you wanted hot water you had to sacrifice water pressure. Staff was polite and responsive. Room was comfortable. Would have been useful if electrical outlets supported western style plugs as well.

It was overall a good trip, only morning room service spoilt the mood by his service....

Mr Prakash Executive Housekeeper and his entire team including the front desk team and the restaurant servers were extremely helpful. I would recommend strongly this property for a comfortable stay; added advantage is that it near to the airport
