the charge for a room doesn't include the spa amenities or the pool/jacuzzies. Jacuzzi tubs waters were hardly warm.

This hotel was such a lovely surprise. The service is higher than four seasons in my opinion. The breakfast was awesome! They even have a pillow menu in case you don’t prefer the pillows that are given. I was very impressed.
