The room was old and not very well maintained so we ended up leaving early and forfeiting However the staff was mostly helpful but come off rude and uninterested.

The place is very clean. Close to the train station, restaurant & shopping. What ever you need is nearby. The staff are very nice too. 110 percent recommended!

It’s an old hotel. The restroom had no exhaust fan, so there was a bad smell and mold. The room lacked basic amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, a comb, and shower gel. The TV was old and very small. My room had no window, and no face towels were provided.
The only positive thing was the good location near the local market. It’s located in an Indian neighborhood, so there are many Indian food options nearby.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, I unfortunately lost my room key card—something that can happen to anyone. Instead of showing any understanding or basic customer service, the hotel charged me for a replacement card.
What’s frustrating is that a simple plastic key card likely costs them very little, yet they chose to pass that cost onto a guest without any flexibility or goodwill. It felt petty and left a negative impression.
Good hospitality is about taking care of guests, especially in small situations like this. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel more like a transaction than a valued customer. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if this is how they treat their guests over minor issues.
