Nice place to stay

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach, shopping and eating facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room that we had was clean and comfortable. Didn’t find any issues with parking, would be staying again in the near future.

Room reeked of weed, water was yellow, and internet barely worked at all.

The hotel was excellent when it was brand new and has been doing its best to stay the same since many disasters (typhoon storms) prior. Considering the price you are paying, it is a fair "very good" rating. It is not 5 Star, so do not expect a 5 Star environment. But relatively, it is good and very fair. With a humble price, be humble and don't be arrogant (just saying). Have Fun and Enjoy the hotel and Guam. Don't forget to visit our Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan, Tinian, or Rota), next door.

It was very clean and we stayed for three nights, we had a very nice view of tumon.

The staff are very helpful. WiFi was very slow that I ended up using my personal hotspot on my phone. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Upon exiting the elevator, it smells musty. The shower door did not close all the way causing water to pool on the floor. The shower head would not stay up due to old fixtures and kept sliding down. The air conditioners were cold. The showers were hot. Parking sometimes was full and I had to park one floor up. Would probably stay there again because price is good.

Wish there was more parking space but overall good stay and price is fair.

Had a two night stay. When we left during the day, housekeeping came by. Noticed my dress was missing. Tried calling the front desk and was told they would call me regarding it. Still have not received a phone call. Found a dead cockroach as well. The sheets had stains on it. Horrible parking, no space and had to park in the mud
