The room was very clean but the staff did not come back in the morning or the next day to clean the room or change sheets. I had to approach them

Make sure you don't mistakenly reserve double beds! They are small and slanted. This was also suppose to be a "deluxe room" which had no refrigerator. For the high price, I would not recommend.

最高 First time at Turning Stone and will definitely be back. Free valet parking, great shopping and plenty of games to play. Food was delicious. Staff was wonderful, very helpful.

Nice casino but for 360 a room it was terrible. No keurig k cups not bottled waters no microwave no fridge no extra amenities. The room was small sub par for 360 dollars the vending machine didn’t work if I needed a drink. The water was cold didn’t even take a shower or fleshing up as I was there for a concert. Very very very dissatisfied
