Tyjuanna needs training in customer service. She is not very helpful and friendly like Brandon and the other Front Desk Agent. James from the restaurant is awesome always smiling and talking to his guests.

Hotel was generally in good shape, the staff was very friendly, attentive and very helpful, the housekeeping team was very courteous when I needed to request extra towels and the shuttle to the airport does run every half hour which is great! Overall, great place to stay for a night or two while you are in town or if you need to spend the night before hoping on a cruise.

Booked my mom twice here when she travels to Florida; she’s loved it! Staff is helpful and kind, and facility is very clean. Will be back :)
