Was a great hotel and good location. Only problem we had was we had to reset our keys each day because they stopped working.

We had to wait upon check in because there were no rooms available despite us checking in at 4 pm. There was a smell that permeated upon walking into the main lobby. Lighting in lobby and in room is dark and gloomy, uninviting. Upon checking in, the front desk girl was no where to be found for about 10 minutes, she eventually came up to the front desk, greeted and then proceeded to say they didn't have a room ready. The hotel room we stayed in faced the freeway and all you hear are cars zooming by all day and night.

the hotel was great , friendly staff , Zailinn at the front desk was amazing and helpful !
The hotel is doing some construction so a bit of inconvenience but also understandable
We would definitely stay here again!

The room was in need of many repairs! Also stains on carpets and furniture was very old. The bathroom tile was gross and chipped, and looked dirty. The breakfast they offered was exactly the same both days, and cold. The check in girl was nice, but all other staff was we interacted with had no smile and seemed bothered. I would Never STAY there again. And of course would NEVER recommend it to anyone. From 1 to 10…definitely a 3 at most!!!!

少しがっかり Room smelled of Smoke and we were blamed for not reporting it to the front desk.
Someone came into our room while we were gone and this person said he smelled the Oder.
