Great locally and easy access to London.

Broken elevators, broken air conditioners in lobby, no hot water for more than a day, and walked out of restaurant after waiting for 15-20 minutes without a waiter coming to the table, saw a manager/supervisor admonishing an employee in the lobby in front of guests. Room was good and housekeeping staff was great but stay was very disappointing.

No USB plugs which is essential. The iron is very basis and dated. Air conditioning is good, room was quiet and hotel centrally located

We stayed one night. Perfect location to get to Wembley via Aldgate. Aside from that the hotel itself and our room was clean and had everything we needed.

Love the location close to major transportation, walking distance from several restaurants

DO NOT STAY HERE. As I arrived their elevators were broken. All 3. Had to haul my luggage up the stairs. The stairs…very strong smell of asbestos. This must be a health hazard.. 3rd day, they lose all power…in the middle of the heatwave…no AC, no electricity no one at reception had anything helpful to say. Tried to talk to manager and she basically went to the back office and closed the door with all the guests standing in the lobby waiting for her answer. Absolutely ridiculous. Last day, all elevators went out again lol I wish I was making this up. Had to haul my luggage down the stairs now.. I’ve stayed in some dodgy places in the world not that picky but this was just another level. Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money literally anywhere else.

The location was excellent, right in the center of the sightseeing area. A beautiful old historical church was right next to the hotel, and the river was also nearby, so it was easy to take a river cruise. Many museums were on the same street within a 10-minute walk, and the Berlin TV Tower was only about 5 minutes away. The hotel was clean, with a nice modern design. The restaurant also had very good food.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Great location and helpful staff.

We had 6 rooms our flights arrived early hotel did not accommodate early check in and when it was time for check in there were parties in our group that had to wait until 5:30/6:00 pm when we all arrived together.
